Up to 5 consecutive days off for the family caregiver — with your loved one safely cared for and fully covered under Medicare’s hospice benefit.

What is included
Up to 5 consecutive days at a time in an inpatient hospice facility, skilled nursing facility, or contracted hospital. Placement, transportation, and coordination all handled by the hospice team. Fully covered by Medicare.
